Terms of Purchases

     * Diesel Performance Specialists Inc accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks at this time. All orders paid by personal check will be held until checks have cleared our bank (10 business days). Returned checks are charged an additional $25.00 fee

    * We do not ship orders C.O.D.

    * We do not process orders from persons with email addresses provided by free email service providers such as Hotmail or Yahoo for security reasons. You must submit a valid email address from your internet service provider

    * Orders placed online will be confirmed by one of our sales staff contacting you in advance of shipping out your order to verify shipping information. Please make sure that you provide us with your telephone number so that we may contact you

    * We do not ship to post office box numbers unless the item has been prepaid

    * Any attempts to make fraudulent purchases with Diesel Performance Specialists Inc will NOT BE TOLERATED. All efforts will be made by Diesel Performance Specialists Inc to pursue legal action against incidents of fraud

    * Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working business days of receipt date and subject to availability of items ordered. You will be notified of any backorders

    * Shipping costs must be factored into the total amount when placing your order by mail or fax

    * Most items are shipped UPS unless another carrier is requested.  Engines and larger items are shipped freight via Roadway express or Alvin (unless another carrier is requested).

Pricing and Product Availability

    * All product availability is subject to change without advance notice

    * Out of stock items, in most cases are ordered and received within 3-5 working business days (this does not include merchandise that is on backorder from the manufacturer)

    * All products are new. Diesel Performance Specialists Inc does not sell used or reconditioned merchandise.

    * Occasionally pricing errors do occur. Diesel Performance Specialists Inc reserves the right to correct the error and charge the corrected price. Please note you will be notified of the pricing error before your order is processed and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order

    * Diesel Performance Specialists Inc is not responsible for manufacturer price changes

    * Diesel Performance Specialists Inc will attempt to price match competitor's regularly priced merchandise. This does not apply to competitor's advertised sales and closeout items. 

    * Several items listed in our Diesel Performance Specialists Inc are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer and are subject to their availability and shipping terms. All efforts will be made by Diesel Performance Specialists Inc to ensure timely delivery of such orders

Warranty Policy

    * Diesel Performance Specialists Inc is not a factory authorized repair center for any of the merchandise we sell.  (The one exception to this is the “Cackle Kit” which is a Diesel Performance Specialists Inc Product.)  All defective products will be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair/replacement.

    * All manufacturer warranty requirements must be met before Diesel Performance Specialists Inc will issue credits of any kind

    * Defective merchandise is exchanged for a REPLACEMENT ONLY OF THE SAME ITEM ORIGINALLY ORDERED

Return Policy

     * Diesel Performance Specialists, Inc offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on products.  If for some reason you are not satisfied, contact us to arrange a return/refund.

 * Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number from Diesel Performance Specialists Inc. All returns sent to us without proper authorization will be returned back to you at your expense

    * Merchandise must be in original packaging including all packaging materials and product literature. Please include a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be in new condition

    * Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

    * All return merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD, "freight collect" or "third party" will not be accepted. If sent by US Mail, it must be sent registered return receipt and insured

    * All returns will undergo an inspection by Diesel Performance Specialists, Inc staff to determine the condition of the merchandise. The inspection period is 3 to 5 days

    * Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee without exception.  Used parts returns may also be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

    * Refunds and store credits are issued within one week after inspection and acceptance of returns less shipping charges and restock fee (if applicable)

    * The following items cannot be returned: Opened electrical components, custom orders,

    * There will be no refunds for installed sets of injectors.

Cancelled or Changed Orders

    * Cancelled or changed orders may occur with written, verbal, fax or email authorization between you and Diesel Performance Specialists Inc

Shipping Charges

    * For all orders placed online the shipping will be calculated and included in our price quote. The shipping is based on weight.

    * Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly should the shipping have been miscalculated. In these instances you will be notified of the actual shipping charge before your order is processed

    * Alternate shipping methods are available for telephone, fax, mail order and email sales

    * Damaged deliveries must be reported to the carrier and not to Diesel Performance Specialists Inc. Your claim must be filed with the carrier.

  Deliveries

    * Once your order is shipped we will email you the tracking number or if your order is placed by mail we will call you with the tracking number.

    * Diesel Performance Specialists Inc accepts no liability for loss or damage due to delays in shipping caused by any reason, in whole or in part, beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to Acts of God, war, accident, transportation difficulties, delays from manufacturers or other causes beyond our control
