The most complete chip on the market.  The chips come with a 4-position rotary switch that allows the user to select between 4 distinct power levels on the fly.  Whatever you want, mileage, reliability, towing, or all-out racing power, our chips deliver. 

4 position chips come with your choice of programming ranging from 50hp Towing programs to 75hp Economy programs, up to Extreme 145+hp settings for those that want lots of power.  These chips also run some of if not the lowest EGTs in the industry. 

NOTE - 3 position "flip chips" are also available upon request.

We can load any set of programs you wish, or we can recommend programs and/or custom tune for your specific needs/application.  If you have aftermarket upgrades (propane injection, aftermarket injectors, new turbo, upgraded fuel system, nitrous injection, etc.) let us know and we can custom-program to get the most out of your upgrades.

The factory speed limiter is raised or eliminated.

In almost all cases, a 2-4mpg increase is reported.

As with any performance upgrade that raises the fuel delivery, DPS HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that you install gauges to monitor your engine's temperatures. 

Tow and Economy programs will work fine a stock exhaust, intake, etc.  When upgrading to 120hp programs we recommend that you also install a larger exhaust to aid in keeping exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) down.  Gauges are a must.  Upgrading to "Extreme" 145+ hp programs requires that you install a 4" exhaust, and preferably an upgraded intake as well.
