WHAT IS A K&N AIR FILTER?
The K&N air filter uses a premium quality oiled cotton gauze sandwiched between layers of wire screen. This special design permits very high flow rates, minimum restriction, maximum filtration and a very long filter life. When dirty, simply wash, re-oil and re-install.

Except under extremely dirty conditions the K & N air filter needs to only be cleaned every 30,000 to 50,000 miles of driving.
