From mild to wild, we can build an injection pump to suit your application. All pumps are bench flowed and calibrated before leaving. Stock Rebuild - A stock rebuilt pump is just that. Stock fueling curve, stock governed RPM. We can do a "turn up" of the max fuel screw if requested. Turbo Calibration - As the name implies, only good if the engine has either a factory or aftermarket turbocharger. We readjust the fueling and timing curve to take full advantage of a turbo, and normally raise the governed RPM to 3800. The max fuel delivery capability of the pump is also raised. Although we can do a turn-up on any rotary pump, the ideal pump to use is a "XX31" model, found in the '93 - '94.5 idi. We can bring an "XX29" pump up to the same fuel delivery, but the price will go up due to the extra machining involved. Maximum gains are seen when a matched set of injectors are used. High Performance Pump - Complete custom build depending on the application. Recommended for drag racing/truck pulling. Capable of well over 4x the fuel delivery of a stock pump, a large single turbo or twin turbos will be necessary, along with a high pressure feed pump. Stock Rebuilt Pump - $415 Turbo Calibration Pump - $450 (if a '93-'94 core is used) High Performance Build - $call Fuel Injectors - Brand new Delphi units. Can be ordered either stock or matched to our Turbo Calibration pump. Stage 1 Injectors - If you're looking for a little more power than can be had by just cranking up the pump these are for you. Gains of 20+hp and 45+lbs ft. of torque can be seen when combined with a healthy pump. Smoke is kept to a minimal except when you stand on it and the idle remains unchanged. Injectors are calibrated and matched before leaving. The injectors are sold on an exchange basis so we will need your old running cores back or there will be a core charge of $25ea. If you would like a set of modified new injectors the price is $64ea outright.
