DPS Gen-2 High Performance Fuel System Upgrade Kit

The next generation of our popular original fuel system upgrade, the Gen-2 system incorporates dual fuel feeds from the filter, resulting in more flow to the heads and better performance.  We use all stainless steel braided line on the pressure side.  Using stainless is a more expensive approach, but we feel that it's worth it and once you see these kits we're sure you will too!  The new system also provides the necessary fittings to hook up to the existing return line without having to cut it.  (The stock return at the filter housing will be capped off)

The kit install involves removing the factory check valves, and replacing all the small lines on the top half of the engine.  Installing the kit will result in a quieter, smoother running engine and normally an increase in fuel economy.  The kit is a must for anyone building a high performance Powerstroke, and, they have even shown gains of 30+rwhp on a stock truck! 

The kits are easy to install using basic hand-tools and a socket set, and are fully reversible to put the truck back to stock. 

The kits come with all the necessary lines, fittings, and hardware for the installation. (Note - Not all pieces are shown in the photo)  They also come with a mounting bracket and gauge for the regulator.  The regulator can be set to "reference" the turbo boost pressure, meaning that with large injectors you can set it for a lower pressure to smooth out the idle, and as soon as you get on the throttle and the boost comes up the regulator will automatically increase the pressure relative to the boost to keep the injectors fed.
