DPS High Performance Fuel Supply System

This is a bolt-in high performance fuel delivery system from the tank to the filter.  A must for anyone wanting to join the 500+rwhp club.  The stock fuel supply system is inadequate to efficiently produce much over 400rwhp - The stock system just can't flow enough, and the injectors will be starving for fuel.  This upgrade is the answer! 

This is the fuel system that is in use on the 550+rwhp trucks, and we are confident that it will be good for whatever we want to run in the future.  Basically, a system that you do once and won't have to worry about running out of capacity.

For the fuel pick-up, the system comes with the hardware to add a new, larger fuel pick-up through the stock sending unit plate.  You also have the option of putting a bulkhead fitting in the bottom of the tank, which we can supply with the kit if requested.

The pump/filter is secured to the frame rail by a plate that allows you to use the stock pump mounting holes/location.  The system then runs a #8 line from the pump to the factory fuel filter housing, replacing the smaller diameter stock line.  The kit also has the option of using a stainless braided line in place of the standard line from the pump to the factory filter housing.

Since this system deals with the supply-side only, if you already have someone else's regulated fuel return system installed you can still add this one to increase your supply.

The kit comes with all the hose and fittings required for a easy installation.  We supply enough hose to upgrade a crew cab long-bed pickup.
